Baccarat and Blackjack 2 Great Games
Even though baccarat is not a Blackjack game I am putting it here because the 2 games are similar in both games the object is to use your hand to get as close as you can to a certain value.
In Blackjack the object is to get as close to 21 as you can without going over. The object in Baccarat is to get as close to 9 but unlike in Blackjack it is impossible to go over 9.
In Baccarat all the face cards and the 10 card are valued at 0. So if a player has a king and a 5 the players hand is valued as 5. The same is true if a player has a hand value totaling more then 9 if a players hand adds up to a 2 digit number the firs digit is dropped. So a hand of 7 and 6 which totals 13 is actually a Baccarat hand of 3.
The bank will deal 2 cards to the player and 2 for himself. If either the bank or the player has an 8 or 9 at this point in the game it is an automatic win, if not a 3rd card may be drawn. At this point who ever has the closest hand to 9 wins.
Betting on baccarat is even easier then the rules spectators bet on who is going to win. And that's all there is to it. You can bet on the player or the bank to win or tie.
