How to Play Russian roulette.
Russian Roulette was played by 6 people sitting at a table and everyone put money into a pot. A 6 shot revolver was put on the table with 1 bullet in the cylinder. The cylinder would be spun and each person would take their turn at pointing the gun at their head and pulling the trigger. Each round 1 player was eliminated. When all but 1 player was eliminated that player was the winner and got the pot of money.
Russian Roulette always drew a large crowd and was obviously illegal. Today they have turned this morbid game into a Casino Game.
In the Casino version of Russian Roulette they do not use a real gun because that would bring the cops and the casino would be shut down. They have a toy gun hooked up to a computer. The Russian Roulette computer decides when the bullet will appear and when it makes a bang noise that player loses. The casino version of Russian roulette is not as exciting as the original version but it does allow the players to play again.
Spectators also get into the betting action in the casino version of Russian Roulette by betting on who they think is going to get eliminated next or who is going to be the winner.
For obvious reasons not many casinos have this game, and as much as I hate to have to admit this I have played it many times and even though you know you are not about to die there is an excitement every time you have to pull the trigger.
If you ever see Russian Roulette in the casino and you have the nerve I recommend giving it a try it is a real rush.
